Submission Options
1. FREE submission x 1 time (users can send properties from their profile without any restrictions)
2. PAID submission, with extra fee for FEATURED listing (users pay a fee for each submission and they can also choose to pay an extra fee to have their listings featured, meaning always show on top).
3. MEMBERSHIP submission Users can subscribe to a package (recurring or not) from User Dashboard. Packages include listings of which x number can be featured in a year.
